Mark your calendars for 2022
We are full of plans for the New Year! Together with the Innovation Forum Lausanne, we are organising the first Swiss Microbiomes Forum in February 2022 at EPFL. This event will bring together scientists from Academia and industry, stakeholders, and students, to showcase the latest research and technologies harnessing microbiomes in health, food production and the environment. In May 2022 we will join forces with NCCR AntiResist and the SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics for a Spring School on Bioinformatics and Computational Approaches in Microbiology, a hands-on workshop at which participants will develop projects in small groups. The Summer will be busy too, with the NCCR Microbiomes actively involved in the organisation of ISME18 and the 80th Annual Meeting of the Swiss Society for Microbiology, both in Lausanne. And we have several further exciting education and outreach projects in the pipeline: keep up to date on all our plans and activities by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on Twitter.
