Martin Ackermann appointed to second term as Eawag director
Our consortium partner, Prof. Martin Ackermann, has been reappointed by the Swiss Federal Council as Director of the Swiss Federal Institute of Aquatic Science and Technology (Eawag) for a second term (2027–2030). Since taking office in 2023, he has strengthened Eawag’s strategic focus on key challenges such as climate change, biodiversity, and sustainable resource management, while enhancing collaboration across the ETH Domain.
